Nexoverse Organizer Guide

Your journey to building communities starts here.

Learn how organizer access works, create a community or event, and find where speakers, sponsors, event teams, and community collaborations are configured. Each step below follows the workflows available in Nexoverse today.

Request organizer access

Creating communities and events requires an account with organizer access, or an administrator account. Members can request access; an administrator reviews the request.

  1. Sign in or create an account. Open Nexoverse using Sign In or Get Started.
  2. Open Settings → Organizer Access. Choose Request Organizer Access. If the request was rejected, the same control changes to Request Again.
  3. Explain your request. The request dialog has a reason field. Describe the communities or events you plan to organise; the form can submit a default reason if left blank.
  4. Wait for review. Organizer requests are reviewed by administrators in Dashboard → Admin Panel → Organizer Requests. The request status is reflected in Settings; pending requests show as under review, and rejected requests can be resubmitted.
  5. Check access before creating. Once approved, the organizer status appears in Settings. Sign in again or refresh the dashboard if creation controls do not yet appear.
If your request is pending, leave it in place and check Settings again later. The user interface does not provide a separate escalation or direct administrator-contact workflow.

Create a community

Community creation requires sign-in and organizer, admin, or super-admin access. A submitted community is marked pending and is not shown to other users until admin approval.

  1. Open Communities → Create Community. The action is on the Communities page and is shown to accounts with creation access.
  2. Complete Basic Information. Enter the community name, category, description, and a community or point-of-contact email. Add a logo and banner using their upload controls if available.
  3. Add links and topics. Website, LinkedIn, Instagram, GitHub, Twitter, and comma-separated tags are available. Add the required community location.
  4. Review the live preview and submit. Select Submit for Review. The form says the admin team aims to review within 24–48 hours. The community details page identifies a pending community as visible only to its owner until approval.
  5. Find and manage it. Open Communities → My Communities, then open its Community Details page. Owners and community organizers see the available management actions there, including Edit Community, Create Event, and organizer management where permitted.

Create and manage events

Event creation requires sign-in and organizer-level access. You can save a private draft or submit the event for publication and admin review.

  1. Choose a starting point. Use the Create Event action on the Events page, or choose Create Event from a community details page to associate the event with that community.
  2. Enter event basics. Add a title, category, required community, description, and optional event banner. The schedule form collects event and registration start/end dates and times.
  3. Set location and event type. Mark the event online or select an offline venue; online events can include a meeting link. The event-type controls include free/paid and price fields; this guide does not imply a ticket-payment service.
  4. Configure the programme and registration. In Program & Team, add speakers, sessions, sponsors, community collaborations, and team members as needed. The registration form builder is available on the event form.
  5. Save or submit. Save Draft keeps the event private. Publish Event submits it for review; the create form states that it goes live after admin review.
  6. Edit and manage an event. Find it from Events or the relevant community, open its event details, and use the Organizer Controls shown to authorised organizers. There you can edit the event, manage attendance, or export registrations.
There is no separate organizer-only “My Events” destination in the page navigation. Use Events or the community’s event listing to find an event; management controls are on its details page and remain permission-checked.

Where speakers, sponsors, and partners belong

These details are configured on the event form, not in a separate platform-wide partnerships page.

Speakers

Create Event → Program & Team → Speakers → Add Speaker. Add a name, optional designation, company, optional Nexoverse account lookup, image, and social URLs. Saved speakers can be selected for sessions. Linking a Nexoverse account does not edit that person’s profile. A separate public speaker-listing approval form was not found.

Sponsors

Create Event → Program & Team → Sponsors → Add Sponsor. Available fields include sponsor name, tier, logo, website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter. Sponsors are associated with that event; a standalone sponsor directory is not provided.

Community partners

Create Event → Program & Team → Collaboration → Add New Collaboration. Search for and select communities. A collaboration request is sent when you do not administer the selected community. This is event collaboration, not a separate community-partner profile or directory.

Event organizers and team

Create Event → Program & Team → Team → Add New Team Member. The form supports Nexoverse members and external team members. Community owners and organizers can also manage community organizers from the community details page. Access to event controls follows the existing owner, team, community-organizer, and admin checks.

Understand your Nexoverse workspace

Dashboard navigation is shared, but creation and management controls depend on your account role and ownership of a community or event.

Profile and account

Use Settings for profile details, account options, and organizer access status/request. Your public profile uses the profile URL shown in Settings.

Community discovery and management

Communities is where members browse and join. Organizers can open My Communities; community management actions appear on an authorised Community Details page.

Event discovery and management

Events lists public upcoming and past events. Open an event details page to see organizer controls if your account has permission.

Registrations

Registrations is available from the dashboard/sidebar for your event registrations. Authorised event organizers can also use event details to manage attendance or export registrations.

Admin review

Only administrators and super administrators have the Admin Panel, including organizer request and community/event approval queues. These controls are not available to ordinary members or organizers.

Help and support

Visit the Help Center for general account and platform guidance. No dedicated organizer support contact is listed in the current interface.

Troubleshooting and FAQs

Why can’t I see Create Community or Create Event?

Those creation controls require sign-in and organizer-level access. Open Settings → Organizer Access to request access. Admin and super-admin accounts also have the required platform access.

How do I request organizer access?

Sign in, open Settings, and use the Organizer Access section. Submit a reason and check the status shown there. Pending requests are reviewed by administrators; a rejected request can be submitted again.

Why is my community not appearing publicly?

New community submissions are pending review and are visible only to their owner until admin approval. Check the Community Details page and allow time for review.

Why is my event not appearing publicly?

Drafts remain private. The create form says published events go live after admin review. Check that you submitted with Publish Event rather than Save Draft, then allow for review.

Where do I edit an event?

Open the event details page and use Edit Event under Organizer Controls. That action is shown only to authorised event organizers or administrators.

Where do I add a speaker or sponsor?

Open Create Event and find Program & Team. Speakers and sponsors each have their own builder there. Speakers may also be selected when adding a session.

What should I do if my access request is pending?

Check the Organizer Access status in Settings again later. The platform does not show a separate escalation path for pending requests.

Where can I get help?

Start with the Help Center. A dedicated organizer support contact is not listed in the current interface.
